To me it always feels so therapeutic getting in the car and driving down the highway. I love road trips even if they are mini ones! This weekend we had some T&E adventure time with our best friends Alissa and Jordan at some seriously beautiful hot springs. We drove for about 2 hours in the middle of no where a little past Fillmore Utah and across what seemed like miles of farm land to get there, but it was so worth it! The water was 100 degrees and was a gorgeous, clear, blue-green color. We swam around and relaxed in the beautiful water as well as jumped off the rocks into the pool (it's actually pretty deep!) There are two-three different pools a little bit of a walk away from each other but this one was the warmest. I just love the little beauties of nature.

Friday Night Adventures
Our friday night adventure this week is brought to you once again by Provo Center Street's array of cool little eating joints. This week Tyler and I discovered Bruges Waffles and Frites.
Holy. Cow.
This place is INCREDIBLE! They were also featured on travel channel's Man vs. Food! I love travel channel and every show on it so I was extremely excited to eat somewhere that had been featured. So basically the title of the restaurant says it all! They serve waffles and frites! Frites are the german version of french fries! I got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was amazing! All put together inside thin and delicious waffles. Tyler got the machine gun sandwich! Which was featured on man vs. food. It's lamb sausage covered in frites and an AMAZING sauce drenching the entire thing. We shared both our meals so we could try each and we were in heaven! If you haven't tried this place you should go try it! It was so good!

Annual Mid-Semester Breakdown Post
Ok time for real talk. This is my least favorite time of the year. Some may call it the mid-semester blues but I call it absolute torture.
Granted this is my LAST semester of college. The last time I will EVER have to walk into a classroom at UVU. The LAST time I will have to fight almost to the death to get a freaking parking spot in the parking lot. The LAST time I'll have to write a paper or take an exam. And that's all good and dandy, but the semester is only half-way done and I have the biggest case of senioritis that there ever was.
Nothing against UVU at all. I actually love the school itself! The atmosphere is so fun and encouraging and the professors are incredible and really want you to learn and succeed. But I just don't like school. ha ha ha ha ha!! I hate going to class, I hate doing homework, and I would much rather be focusing my energy on something more worthwhile to me like my business. But it's ALMOST OVER! I just have to keep reminding myself that. 2 more months and I can ditch the backpack, hang that freaking piece of paper on my wall *cough* I mean degree *cough*, and call it good. In the end I guess it proves I can do hard things. But at the moment all I want to do is scream and throw the 3 projects I have to do out the window!
For now I'm going to keep on fighting through the urge to jump off a cliff and replace those thoughts with thoughts of warm sunshine and some incredible styled photoshoots that have been waiting patiently in my brain to be created!
xo!
